Terms & conditions

These terms govern the sale of products through microbait.pl. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept them. They apply alongside Polish consumer-protection law.

    Seller

  2. §2

    Orders

    Placing an order is binding once you receive an order confirmation by email. Prices are shown in your selected currency including VAT. Stock pieces ship within three working days; commissions follow the agreed timeline.

  3. §3

    Payment

    Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments / Stripe / PayPal. We accept major credit/debit cards, BLIK and bank transfer.

  4. §4

    Delivery

    See our Shipping page for carriers, times and rates. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

  5. §5

    Right of withdrawal

    EU consumers have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason, in line with the Polish Consumer Rights Act. See our Returns page for the procedure. Custom commissions made to your specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal under Art. 38(3) of the Act.

  6. §6

    Complaints (rękojmia)

    If a product is defective, write to tomasz.szadkowski@microbait.com within two years of receipt. We will repair, replace, reduce the price or refund as required by Polish law.

  7. §7

    Out-of-court dispute resolution

    You may use the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
