Returns & refunds

If you change your mind, you have 30 days from receipt to return your order. Return shipping is arranged and paid by you, the customer — this page explains how.

  1. §1

    30-day return window

    You have 30 days from the day your parcel arrives to send it back — more than the 14 days required by the Polish Consumer Rights Act. Let us know within that window and return the items at your own cost.

  2. §2

    How to return

    Write to tomasz.szadkowski@microbait.com with your order number and a sentence about what you are returning. We will send a return form and the shipping address. Pack the items securely — ideally in their original box — and ship them back tracked.

  3. §3

    Refunds

    We refund the price of the items and the cheapest standard shipping option within 14 days of receiving them back, to the same method you paid with. Return postage is paid by the customer.

  4. §4

    Condition

    Returned items must be in the condition you received them — unused, with all hooks and packaging intact. We may reduce the refund if the item shows clear signs of use beyond simply inspecting it.

  5. §5

    Exceptions

    Custom commissions made to your specifications cannot be returned under Art. 38(3) of the Consumer Rights Act, unless they are defective.
